Egyptian Camomile
We tried lots of different camomile teas before we settled on this one, and we have had this one for many years. You know how sometimes they smell a little … feline? This one not at all, its sweet, floral and it’s been very popular. This one is Egyptian, and they taste and smell different depending on the country, for example, Roman, or Croatian.
Naturally caffeine free, believed to be calming and good for mild to moderate anxiety.
Just a quick reminder - it’s quite bulky, so unless you know you want to be drinking it for years, go for a smaller weight.
