Balancing Spice Blend
When two people in the same week asked us to make a Balancing Ayurvedic Blend, something is at work in the Universe. This recipe is an old Ayurvedic recipe, and is full of whole spices, so takes some brewing. However, it is delicious, and the longer you brew it, the more the different spices come out. I’ve tried several times to bin this tisane, but people keep asking for it, so here it is.
Brewing Guide: 1 teaspoon of tea for 200ml of boiling water. Brew for 7 minutes.
Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, liquorice, cardamoms, coriander, fennel and rose petals
