Yunnan Black Tea
This is a lovely old fashioned sort of tea - it reminds me of my grandmother, Nain Thomas - who would never ever have had a Yunnan Black tea at her house, but the taste just reminds me of her, her budgie, a coal fire, and her lovely peppery gravy!

It’s malty, reasonably strong, and has a little hint of sweetness which comes from those lovely golden tips.
