THIS TEA WAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BEDTIME #2 - SAME INGREDIENTS, SAME LOVELY EFFECT
Suddenly realised that I haven't told you about our new bedtime blend - maybe I've been sleeping too well, and it totally slipped my mind?
Bedtime is a sweetly soporific sunshine yellow blend which has camomile flowers and valerian - I know valerian stinks (not just my opinion) but the proportions here are perfect, and not only does it soothe you to sleep, it also tastes lovely.
People keep coming back for more of this, so I guess it’s doing something right.
Ingredients: Camomile, Calendula, Oatstraw, Rose, Lavender, Heather Flowers, Valerian Root
Brewing Guide: 2-3 teaspoons (about 3g) for 200ml boiling water, infuse for at least 3 minutes. The longer you leave to infuse the stronger the effect of the valerian.
